We have had a very busy and fun term in Senior Infants!
In Aistear we have been teachers and pupils, doctors and patients. We have made sandcastles and cakes, built hospitals and skyscrapers. We have built houses, played in houses and sold houses at the Estate agents.
We really enjoyed our trip to Imaginosity. We played in lots of places including the shop, the baker, a restaurant, a hospital and a car garage. We had great fun building dens and putting on a play with lots of costumes.

We planted acorns for World Tree Day in October, and they are starting to sprout into oak trees!

We had Ms. Gosser from Philadelphia visiting us for a few weeks. She read us a book called ‘P is for Philadelphia’ to tell us all about where she’s from. She taught us about Thanksgiving. She also read us lovely Christmas stories of Ruldoph and Twas the Night Before Christmas. We made her a huge card to say thank you and goodbye.

We’re been working very hard in Santa’s workshop this month. We’ve designed, built and wrapped toys ready for Christmas.
