It is a little crazy to think that we are coming to the end of the Class of 2030’s first year in St Matthew’s. We had a little think about some of our favourite memories from Junior Infants. We have had a very busy year and we have done lots of exciting things. We have gone on trips to the Ark, the beach and to Glenroe Farm.
We have loads of brilliant visitors from Santa’s Zoom class to the Garda, fireman and post woman who spoke to us. We had a doctor and even a visitor who told us all about space! It was brilliant to learn about our Aistear topics from people with real life experience of the topics we’ve been learning about.
We’ve also learnt all of our phonic sends, to blend and to read!
We’ve really enjoyed our first year in St Matthews!
