3rd Class absolutely LOVED the sweet shop for Seachtain na Gaeilge! We practised speaking Irish and got to eat sweets!
To celebrate World Book Day 3rd and 4th Class went to a character creation workshop in a bookshop in town. We created some crazy characters and learnt a lot… we also got a free book with our World Book Day tokens!
We were learning about print in 3rd Class and we made special Mother’s Day cards by printing with the bottom of a bunch of celery and it looked like roses!
3rd Class gave a fantastic performance when they hosted assembly! Our project was on Africa! We sang some cool songs and we presented projects on lots of different topics such as climate, animals and the desert! It was lots of fun!

Yesterday 3rd Class presented our Family Tree Personal Projects! We have been working very hard on these projects all month and we are VERY proud of them! 3rd Class would also like to say a special thank you to our families for helping us with these projects.
