This week, 5th Class boys and girls attended the FAI football blitz held in Irishtown Stadium.
Both teams faced tough opponents in their matches and showcased tremendous skill.
Sadly, the boy’s team did not make the next round due to point difference.
The girl’s team progressed to the semi-final of their group but were defeated by St Michael’s of Ballyfermot.
It is safe to say we all had a great day and are already looking forward to next year’s competition.
