We were very busy for a few weeks preparing for our assembly. It was our first time to host a whole school assembly. We decided that it would be about how we are all different and unique so in class we brainstormed some ideas. We decided that we would show everyone some of our favourite hobbies. These hobbies included football, rugby, gymnastics, hockey, skipping, reading and singing. We sang three different songs too.
To prepare we spent lots of time in the hall practicing on the stage and each of us got a letter to design and colour. ‘We Are All Different and Unique’ was the phrase we put on the wall behind the stage. The assembly went really well and we were all so proud of ourselves.
