Last Friday, 3rd and 4th class came together in the hall to do their 10@10. 10 @10 is where children are active for 10 minutes at 10 o’clock. The children were put through their paces performing lunges, squats, jumping jacks and many other fun exercises. It was a great break away from the classroom and both classes were full of energy afterwards. We should all aim to be active for at least 10 minutes EVERY day in order for a healthy body and mind. When it is so much fun to keep active we are going to aim for longer 🙂IMG_0142IMG_0141
